| INITIAL CLIENT CONSULTATION |
City Kitty requires an in-person meeting with each new Client and their pet
prior to entering into a pet-sitting agreement. The purpose of the initial
Client Consultation is to ensure that the needs of the Client and the
services provided by City Kitty Pet-Sitting are a good "fit". City Kitty will
provide information regarding the following at this meeting:
There is a $20 charge for the initial client meeting which is applied towards
the first pet-sitting visit.

owner - Description of City Kitty's basic and specialized service
- The standard City Kitty contract
- Pricing structure for basic and specialized services
- Care, custody, and control policy
- Neighbor and Vet notification process
- Use of subcontractors
- Security policy related to keys and contracts
- References
- Pet Report Card
- Pet Daily Record (Word or Excel format)
- Pet-Sitter Evaluation Postcard
- Welcome Home Card
- Pet Emergency Directives discussion
- Emergency Alert Card for Pet Owners
- Daily email or telephone pet update policy
